Three novice teams place at Derby debate tournament

Derby hosted a debate tournament on Nov. 15-16. Three of five novice teams placed.
Sophomore Pierre Mason and freshman Josh Hassell placed second. Semifinalists include sophomores Makenzie Erxleben and Jacob Vazquez and freshmen Clarissa Chisham and Lexi Mullen.
