AP students ready for studying, pancakes

On Saturday, AP English Language and AP Literature students will crawl out of bed, probably still in their pajamas, drive to the high school and eat pancakes while studying for the AP exam.

“Oh my gosh! There’s going to be pancakes?” asked junior Madelyn Gonzalez, who is in AP Lang.

AP students will be doing multiple separate packets with Nimsey experts for four hours.

“The study session is designed for students taking AP Lang or AP Lit to get some more of the tools and the understanding that they need in order to succeed on the test in May,”  teacher Holly Jeffery said.

“… Students really need to go to the study session and see what’s offered there, but it’s a lot to ask of a student to give up half of their Saturday. The things that are being taught at the study session are really excellent, Nimsey has created amazing products for us to use and I want to take advantage of it.”
