The Tallgrass Film Association hosted its annual “Take 36” over the weekend. 

Twenty-one producers had to build teams to help them write, film, shoot, edit, and submit a six-minute short film in 36 hours. Along with that, they had to have some required criteria that must be presented in the film and will be judged by how they use their requirements. 

All teams had to have a Scholfield Honda t-shirt somewhere presented in their film, an unheard song lyric said and a random item chosen by the Tallgrass film association workers. 

The short films must be turned in on Sunday by 7 am. Later in the evening the top 10 films will be showcased at the Orpheum Theatre. 

Junior Lauren Miller participated in this festival as one of Kyle Ritterbush actresses. Her team number was number 20.
