Name off five things you’re grateful for. Doing this will remind you of the positive things in your life.
Hobbies.
If you already have a hobby or you don’t have something you do that you enjoy can boost your mood.
Watch funny animal videos. Who doesn’t love animal videos?
Remind yourself that you’re human and you’re allowed to feel like this.
No one is perfect, so please don’t expect you or the people around you to be either.
