With a 69-38 win against Wichita East High School, girls basketball has won the Sub-State championship. 

“I’m excited, I’m very proud of my team and I’m ready to go get a ring,” senior Madison Smith said.

They will play in the state tournament starting next week.

For now, the emotions are kicking in for all of the players.

“My emotions are very high right now, very happy and excited and very sad because I know I will never play at home again,” senior Kyler Demel said.
