*Say hi to an old friend, or talk to someone that you usually don’t.

Something about a conversation that is out of the norm is really refreshing.

*Make a happy playlist.

Nothing says a good day quite like a playlist that just makes you want to dance.

*Dance.

You’ve got your playlist, now just boogie with it! Release all your negative energy & enjoy life in the moment.

*Pet a dog.

This is a major key to success. I don’t know the science behind it but I’m sure there is some.

*Journal.

Release whatever you have been bottling up in a journal…. then tear the page up!

Nothing says goodbye to a bad day quite like ripping it to shreds.

*Call one of your parents.

I am sure they miss you.

*Work out.

Running or lifting always fixes things.
