With a campsite and slip-and-slide outside to a trashed commons, this year’s senior prank was one for the books.
At around 7 a.m. this morning, seniors set up camp at the front entrance with tents and a slip-and-slide.
Seniors had a $300 budget for their prank.
“I was in charge of putting this whole prank together and making sure everyone was included,” senior Nolan Tauer said.
The set-up started at 7 and went until about 9:30.
Around 40 people wanted to help execute the prank.
As students arrived to school, they walked through the saran wrap and kicked the red solo cups strewn around the floor.
Some were even wrapped in saran wrap and duct tape.
A highlight and favorite of most was the slip-and-slide brought by senior Adrian Campos.
Even though some went to class without changing clothes, many agree it was the best part of the prank.
“I saw it there, and I was like ‘I wanna do that’, so I just booked it, it was really fun,” freshman Maxwell Smeltzer said.
A quick clean-up was warranted due to the huge amount of trash everywhere, balloons being popped, and students taking things to class.
Compared to last year, this senior prank will be remembered.
