The wait is over. Derby Night Lights is back tonight after being canceled for two straight years.
The anticipated event includes appearances from band, color guard, cross country, volleyball, golf, cheer, dance and of course, all of Derby football.
“I’ve never been to Derby Night Lights before, it’s cool to have it be my first and last,” senior band member Zoey Williams said.
The band will perform at 8 p.m., including two Pantherette songs, the fight song and more.
The journalism department will run a photo booth, snocones and sell yearbooks from past years.
