Landen Highsmith is a junior at DHS who plays tennis. Highsmith has been playing tennis for about six years now. Tennis affects Highsmith’s everyday lifestyle during tennis season by keeping him fit and making him eat healthier.  “I have to practice a lot,” Highsmith said. Highsmith states he thinks of tennis more as a sport rather than a hobby.  “I don’t really play it outside of school,” Highsmith said.  When it isn’t tennis season, Highsmith relaxes and hangs out with friends. In the future, Highsmith hopes to play in college tennis.  “If I start practicing more, I have the potential,” said Highsmith.
