The Panthers’ boys basketball team won the Dodge City tournament last weekend, beating two unbeaten teams, including Kansas City Piper in double overtime of the title game on Saturday.

The Panthers are 11-0.

Senior Jack Ulwelling was named the Most Inspirational Player in the tournament, and senior Jaxson Malvo also was named to the all-tournament team. 

Sophomore Avant Riley scored 55 points in the tournament and, along with junior Cale Clingan, came up big in the championship win. 

The Panthers continue league play at Hutchinson on Tuesday.
