For the second year in a row, the boys bowling team became the class 6A state champions, with a 3763 series.
Individually, the team had three in the top five. In fifth place was junior Cash Carns with a 695 series, and third place was senior Evan Clark rolling a 716 overall. After rolling a 741, senior Dawson Baumgartner was named the class 6A individual state champion.
Although the girls team did not qualify for state, senior Lacey Baney performed well enough at regionals to compete at the state level. Here, she rolled her all-time best; a 600 series. Overall, she was ranked 12th out of 72 girls competing.
