For junior Bella Walker what seemed like a hobby with a friend turned into a lifelong passion that she immediately fell in love with. While Walker’s dance career started due to friendship it has blossomed into much more.

“I started when I was in sixth grade around the age of 11 because one of my friends was doing it but I ended up really liking it,” Walker said.

Walker continued her journey dancing competitively and later joined the high school dance team. What started due to friendship grew on to a new found family sharing the love of dance.

“You find some friends and we all bond so quickly, and we just form such a good group,” Walker said.
