Chicken jockey.
The exact phrase that a group of eight teenage boys jumped up and screamed in the middle of the movie.
That wasn’t the only thing those boys shouted, yet it wasn’t just them. They were just the worst out of everyone who joined in on the nonsense.
The worst movie etiquette I’ve ever experienced. I mean, seriously, didn’t we learn how to act at the movies in elementary school?
I can understand getting excited for a movie, however this was not an exciting movie let alone a good one.
I was prepared for a bad movie but I still went for fun with my brother. On top of the cringey scenes and awkward singing, everyone in the theater had to deal with these immature teens.
This was a movie made for children. Parents went out of their way to spend time with their kids and took them to see a movie that they were probably excited to watch. All to have it ruined by people who don’t know how to act right.
Not only was there shouting and cheering but when the lights were turned back on all I saw was popcorn littered all over the floor of the theater. That in itself is just pure disrespect. You don’t litter a movie theater like that, let alone at all.
Even though I fully expected something like this to happen during the movie, it was way worse than what I imagined it would be.
If you’re one of those people who act like this in movie theaters, grow up. You wouldn’t like it if someone acted this way at a movie you were excited to watch would you? So why would you do that to someone else.
