The Homecoming dance is back.

Student Council will host the Homecoming dance on Sept. 18 from 7-10 p.m. in the gym.

This year is the first Homecoming dance that’s being held in the midst of Covid-19. As of now, no masks will be required. 

“We were able to successfully host prom last spring in a modified form, so I think we can use what was learned from that to make this a successful event,” Stuco sponsor Sara Wilson said. 

The theme is “Panthers Have No Off Season” reflecting the four different seasons. 

“Attendance is hard to predict. I think there will be some people who aren’t comfortable with being in that kind of crowd, so that may affect attendance somewhat. We will just have to wait and see,” Wilson said.
