I think I should win. The last time I wrestled this opponent was at regionals. It was a one point match and I won.

I think this is year 12

What is your favorite part about wrestling?

The team. Just the bond that we have.

What is your favorite part about the coaches?

They care about you on and off the mat

Are you excited for your next match? How do you think it will go? 

Yeah (I’m excited). Well I beat him at regionals so the plan is to win.

How have your past few matches been?

Yesterday, my first two (matches) were pretty easy and my last one was pretty difficult against Gardner-Edgerton.

What is your favorite part about wrestling?

Definitely just competing with my team. Just being around them and we have such a great bond 

How long have you been wrestling?

This is my 12th or 11th year.

What is your favorite part about the coaches?

I think they are the best coaches in the world. I mean they care about you on and off the mat. They are always there for you. They text you words of encouragement when you’re feeling down. You lose a big match they’re always there for you. They’re great people. I love them.
