Is having the Christmas spirit in October necessarily a bad thing? 

Why is Christmas so popular that it takes over Thanksgiving and Halloween? Why do we hear Mariah Carey Christmas music in early November?

Some cons of having Christmas music early is that all other holidays aren’t celebrated as much as they used to be. 

Some people don’t even celebrate Thanksgiving and Halloween is still popular but not as popular as it used to be. One of the reasons being that people are not decorating their house as much as other years so there aren’t many places to trick or treat. 

But there could also be other reasons why people don’t celebrate Thanksgiving and Halloween. It doesn’t necessarily have to be Christmas’ fault. 

Some pros of celebrating Christmas is having that mood of being in the Christmas spirit and always being jolly and happy. The stores putting up Christmas stuff up also helps people who want to prepare for Christmas early. 

I personally think that having the Christmas spirit early isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The feeling of being excited for Christmas could be good for you.
