Riverdale’s “binge-worthy”

Riverdale is among many new shows that were added to Netflix in 2017 and is a binge-worthy series. Archie comics started being published in 1941, and Riverdale is the murder-mystery remake of the comics turned into a television series.

The first season was based strongly off of the Archie comics featuring characters such as Archie Andrews, Jughead Jones, Betty Cooper and many more familiar faces trying to solve the mystery of who killed Jason Blossom.

The show revolves around Archie, the main character, and the unsolved case of one of his best friend’s murders.

As you can imagine, there is typical high school drama and tons of romance. The show already has one season on Netflix and Season Two is only three episodes. It airs on the CW on Wednesday nights.

Many people compare the show to Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars or even 13 Reasons Why — not just because of the drama aspect but also because of the mystery. Each episode is a a new chapter into the dark and mysterious town of Riverdale.
