After the mass shooting at Parkland High School in Florida, President Donald Trump proposed the idea of teachers being able to carry guns at school.

Trump sees this a way to help prevent mass shootings. He wants 10-40 percent of teachers to be qualified to carry a weapon.

Training and firearms would cost money, but Trump says that there would be a bonus for teachers as an incentive.
