Gore: Exercising’s vital

Sidney Gore

The smell of rubber and body odor, it consumes a gym as a whole.

As soon as you enter a gym ,you automatically see sweat dripping off of the person next to you, weights of all shapes and sizes, and the drive to become better in someone’s eye.

From the time you can start walking, your parents try to get you involved in sports or play tag with the other kids in the neighborhood. As you grow up, being active is a larger stress.

When someone works out, they not only exercise the muscles in the body but also the heart and lungs. That will then help a person as they age to be more fit and prevent possible cardiovascular and respiratory problems.

Exercising also helps a person feel better about their body. They will have a higher self esteem  which will lead to a person to be more happy and less insecure.
