Every year, 1.6 million students take the PSAT. They can earn the recognition of being named National Merit semifinalist, then have the opportunity to be named National Merit finalist.

Seniors Katrina Mason and Malayna Unkel were named semifinalists in October, and on Tuesday, were named National Merit finalists.

Quinn Meyer, Paige Davis and Skyler Sprecker, who graduated in 2018, were named finalists last year.
