Panthers handle Salina Central in 49-0 win

tThe Panthers tamed the Mustangs with a shutout for the third consecutive season. Derby beat host Salina Central 49-0 with a display of offensive and defensive domination. 

Thanks to four touchdowns by senior running back Tre Washington in the first half, the Panthers were able to cruise to another victory to improve to 2-0.

The Panthers have their first home game on Sept. 20 against the Newton Railers.
