Panthers move on in playoffs

Senior Michael Moore scores first career touchdown

The Panthers took care of business in the first round of the playoffs on Friday night, beating North 69-7.

The defense shined with Brecken Kooser, Tyler Dorsey and Cason Lindsey all scoring from the defensive side of the ball. Terry Ginyard scored off of a punt return for his fourth score of the year.

Offense took care of business as quarterback Lem Wash, running back Tre Washington and Cavion Walker showed they’re still firing on all cylinders as the season winds down.

A highlight of the night was when Michael Moore scored from the one yard line. It was his first career touchdown.

The Panthers play at home on Nov. 8 against Wichita West.
