Page 4: Hale: Stop settling for less than you deserve

EllieAna Hale

Looking out into a classroom, you can see person after person with their own abilities, talents and ambitions.

They have life plans and goals.

Yet there are those who choose to settle for less due to lack of motivation.

Those who chose this path decide that they aren’t worth better or that they could never achieve their goals, when in reality, this type of person must learn to take ownership of their own lives.

If you aren’t satisfied, why are you sitting in cold water?

You have the power to change the things in life you’re not happy with.

You’re not happy with that grade you got on a test? Study harder and change it.

Not happy with your style or what you have to wear? Take time and start altering your style to the way you want it.

Not happy with a relationship or friendship? Put yourself and your needs first.

Stop settling for less than you rightfully deserve.

Changing yourself for what you truly want and for your own needs is revolutionary in terms of growing up and maturing.

Be intentional with yourself and what you put out in the world.
