Teachers were given coffee and donuts from Student Council on Monday morning for teacher appreciation week.
It was a busy morning in the Commons, where National Honor Society also met for breakfast.
Teachers received donuts from Derby Donuts and coffee from Chick-fil-A from Student Council as a sign to show appreciation for succeeding during this stressful school year.
Student Council also handed out order forms for a drink and a snack, which were delivered to the teacher during homeroom on Wednesday.
New NHS members and seniors were invited to come up to school Monday morning as a way to welcome the newcomers and to do a last fun goodbye to the seniors. NHS members were given various breakfast items such as pancakes, donuts and fruit. There was lots of food and many leftovers.
