Students are all trying to find a way to balance all their last minute work and other activities.
Here are ways to cope with stress:
- Eat healthy, well-balanced meals
- Take a break – a short break won’t kill you
- Get plenty of sleep
- Don’t be afraid to ask for help
- Get some fresh air
