On Friday night, Derby’s boys soccer team, which is 15-4, will play in the Class 6A semifinals against Olathe East (15-3-1) at 7 p.m. at the Olathe College Boulevard Activity Center.

With a win, the Panthers will play in the championship at 2 p.m. on Saturday. If they lose in the semifinals, they play in the third-place match at noon.

The Panthers advanced to the semifinals with a 1-0 win over top-seeded Washburn Rural on Tuesday.
