On Monday, Feb. 6th, DECA competed at Newman University and won many awards — including the following:

Senior Thu Le won first place in Finance Exam and first in Accounting Applications.

Junior Abigail Kuhn won first place in Restaurant and Food Service Management and second place in Hospitality Exam.

Senior Erik Huter won first place in Marketing Exam and second in Automotive Services Marketing.

Senior Esteban Macias won first place in Business Management and Administration Exam.

Junior Christina Truong won first place in Quickserve.

Sophomore Adrianna Dollarhide won first place in principles of marketing.

Senior Andy Nguyen won second place in Sports and Entertainment Marketing.

Senior Jayden Island won second place in Human Resources Management.

Sophomore Kennis Dorrell won second place in Quickserve.

Freshman Rebecca Tang won second place in Principles of Hospitality and Tourism
