Although the band has finished its competition season, there is still one more opportunity to check out the show “Burning The Midnight Oil.”
The band will play it one last time on Friday for senior night.
“It’s just one more opportunity to play it for people,” director Adam DeVault said.
The kids have participated in zero hour all semester. As they have dwindled down to just two a week, the temperature has dropped.
“It sucks. It’s like 35 degrees in the morning,” sophomore Emily Erickson said. “We don’t have much to gain from the performance, but I’m excited to play the show with my seniors, one last time.”
The game begins at 7 p.m. and the band plays at halftime.
