Winter break is finally here.
Tons of things to do or not do, but what will students decide to do?
“My family stays up until 12 a.m. for Christmas and we open all of our presents then,” junior Anthony Villatoro said. “I also always love to go sledding if there is snow.”
While sledding is fun, not everyone likes the cold.
“I’m going to stay inside and play Roblox with my friends. We’re going to pull all-nighters and eat a bunch of snacks,” junior Kylynn Oetting said.
And sometimes people don’t like staying inside either.
“I’m going to go drive around and see Christmas lights with my friends. We always go to the same area to look at them because they’re always cool,” senior Colton Patterson said.
While having fun with friends and family by playing games, there is more to winter break.
The New Year approaches and then comes New Year’s resolutions.
New Year’s resolutions are something mostly everyone has and mostly everyone never keeps.
Will this year be different?
“My New Year’s resolutions are to keep good grades and stay healthy. I usually say that every year, but I will this year for sure,” Oetting said.
