On February 21 the Pantherettes traveled to Newton high school to compete in Innovative dance classic. They received a Division one rating and entertainment award for their jazz routine. They also received a Division two rating for their hiphop with a technique reward. Senior Madison Hite and sophomore Breanna Walker also performed a hiphop duet, and they received a Division one rating.
