Christmas Wishlists

Christmas is the season of gift giving. Although this is not the main purpose of the holiday, it is fun to give and receive gifts.

Children write letters to Santa requesting what they want for Christmas. When these children grow up they just make lists on their phones or a piece of paper. They are creating their wishlist.

Most of these lists have things like clothes, technology and shoes.

For freshman Madison Reitmayer her Christmas list centers around her hobbies.

“I would like books, clothes and a camera,” Reitmeyer said.

Clothes are a common desire the older you get.

“My Christmas wish list would include clothes, jewelry and also a lot of different gift cards because my family thinks I’m hard to shop for,” senior Brooke Cooper said.

“I want an iPad and sweatshirts,” freshman Violet McEntire said.

With only 10 days till Christmas, everyone will soon see if they receive items off their wishlist, or if they get things they did not even know they wanted.
