Senior QB Lem Wash still continues to make an impact on the Derby football program and the community. 

     Wash was selected as the 2020-21 Kansas Gatorade Football Player of the Year. 

    “This still feels unreal having my name alongside other great players that have won this award prior to me,” Wash said. “I am truly grateful for Coach (Brandon) Clark and all my teammates that made this possible for me.” 

 Wash will be playing Division 1 football at Tennessee Tech this fall.
